So I found this paper contact sheet that measures 64” x 1.375” rolled-up in a cardboard container that looks like an old film can and it has writing on it that says: “Gillette Camera Stores, Inc. 117 Park Ave., N.Y.”. The paper has hand-written “38”, so I’m figuring it’s from 1938 which makes sense because that’s when my father was working briefly in New York before the “Good War”. Immediately I scanned the (38) 1.375″ x .875″ images and thought it looked like a great film noir movie. Here’s the storyboard. Now I need to write a script and raise 44 million dollars to produce the film.
